Member Rates
Early Bird $1,050 (until 28 February 2026)
Standard $1,175 (from 1 March 2026)
*Please note rates are GST exclusive and registrations close on 26 May 2026
Non-member Rate
Flat Rate $1,300 + GST
NZIV Professional Awards/Evening Function Only (Included within Conference ticket for delegates)
Flat Rate $160 + GST
Registration Fee includes:
- Entrance to all conference sessions
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunches
- Conference evening function incorporating our Professional Awards
Registration Fee does NOT include:
- Accommodation costs
- Airport or transport costs
Terms and Conditions
All registration fees EXCLUDE Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All fees and payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Payment can be made by direct credit or credit card (please note a 2.5% merchant fee applies to Visa/Mastercard payments).
The EARLY BIRD registration rate only applies until 11.59pm on Saturday 28 February 2026 NZST. Full payment is required by this date to receive the early bird discount.
Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, or you may be unwell.
Cancelling your registration
- 30+ days before the event- 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the event, sorry no refunds.
- No show = no refund
*Extraordinary circumstances for refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Transferring your Ticket
- You may transfer to another member up until the event, please advise our National Office team at enquiries@nziv.nz
- If you purchased a member ticket, the new attendee must also be a member, or they will need to pay the difference.
Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated for delegates at multiple accommodation venues close to the NZIPCC, however booking and payment of these is the responsibility of the attendee.
