Colliers Wellington Valuation is a fast paced and dynamic CBD based team of 16 focused on office, industrial, retail, land and development properties throughout the region. We also have specialists providing advice in the accommodation, hospitality, self storage, childcare, and retirement/healthcare sectors. We place a strong emphasis on quality assurance and have ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

We currently have an opportunity for a graduate or registered valuer. You would be working in a team under the guidance of one of our directors providing advice on a wide range of property types throughout the Wellington region. This is a chance to join the leading and largest commercial valuation practice in Wellington and become part of the highly respected Colliers New Zealand business (www.colliers.co.nz). You will be exposed to various and exciting Wellington properties and projects and will work within a supportive, diverse and inclusive company. You will need to possess and demonstrate:

• A relevant property degree and appropriate grades.

• An eye for detail, great computer skills, sound mathematical and analytical abilities, and the confidence to make decisions.

• Excellent report writing and verbal communication competencies.

• A team player attitude, initiative, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of fun.

Our valuation experts provide a full range of assessment services in office, retail, industrial, hospitality, residential development, self storage, childcare, aged care, compensation (under the Public Works Act), expert witness and more. The team offers a wide range of advice for clients, financiers and portfolio holders as well as valuations for financial reporting, rental and insurance assessments. We comprise six working director/shareholders who have extensive experience in the profession, each with their own areas of specialisation, and who are supported by registered valuers, graduate valuers and administration staff.
