The Role
As a Registered Valuer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of valuation services, including residential, lifestyle, and rural (dependant on qualifications). This role offers a high level of autonomy, suited to someone confident working independently and managing their own workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in line with International Valuation Standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with market trends and continued professional development
• Support the continued growth and reputation of the business

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Valuer status in New Zealand (or working towards registration)
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
• Local market knowledge of Northland is a bonus, but not essential
