Registered Valuer

Carter Valuations are seeking a Registered Valuer to undertake a wide range of valuation assignments. The role involves providing high quality, compliant valuation services to our existing and new client's, maintaining professional standards and contributing to ongoing business growth.

An exciting opportunity to move to beautiful South Canterbury for a great lifestyle and join our busy established valuation practice in Timaru. The role includes good opportunities going forward. We have been valuing in South Canterbury since 1997 and are approved on all the valuation platforms and with all major lending institutions.

The role will include varied valuation work including residential, lifestyle and rural work. You will be preparing valuation reports for a variety of purposes including mortgage security, insurance, matrimonial, sale / purchase and new developments.

We will provide established and experienced administration support in a friendly team environment.

Requirements would include:

• Good time management skills and reliability
• Current Registered Valuer status under the Valuers Act 1948
• Full, clean New Zealand drivers licence
• Strong written and analytical skills with attention to detail
• New Zealand Citizenship.
