What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert valuations: Complete residential valuations, including inspections, market research, analysis and report writing, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Grow the region: Build relationships with local clients and referral networks to grow Prendos’ Wellington market presence.
• Expand your portfolio: Take on complex, high-value, commercial, industrial or insurance valuation work as opportunities arise.
• Mentor the future: Support junior and graduate valuers as the Wellington team grows.

What You’ll Bring

• The credentials: Registered Valuer status, a current practising certificate, NZIV membership and approval on Velocity panels.
• The experience: Ideally five or more years of valuation experience, including at least two years in the New Zealand market.
• The relationships: Wellington connections or a proven ability and appetite to build a local client base.
• The technical capability: Strong report-writing, research, analytical and client-management skills, with the ability to deliver quality work within agreed timeframes.
• The autonomy: Sound technical judgement and the confidence to work independently, while drawing on an experienced team when needed.
• Panel Approval: Approved on Velocity panels, with ability to access residential valuation work.

Experience with direct bank panels, commercial valuations or people leadership will be advantageous.
