The Job

• We are looking for someone with a focus on the residential sector initially, with the opportunity to develop their own brand and reputation in a small but busy practice.
• Remuneration will be commission-based but may include a three-month base retainer. We are confident that with a good work ethic you will not look back, with a future shareholder buy-in option if desired.
• Training and guidance will be provided as required.

We do not need to promote the benefits of the sunny Bay of Plenty. Our offices at Mount Maunganui are literally five minutes' walk to the beach.
