This is a market valuation role, not a rating valuation position and can be based in Palmerston North, Wellington or Dunedin (we are also open to hearing from valuers who may be based in other parts of the Country too).

We're seeking an experienced Registered Valuer who enjoys working with clients. You will deliver high-quality valuation advice for major lenders, government agencies, corporate clients and private owners.

QV's reputation, national presence and long-standing client relationships provide access to a broad range of market valuation opportunities. You'll build on that platform while continuing to develop local client relationships and contribute to the success of our Professional Services team.

Behind you is a nationwide network of experienced Registered Valuers, supported by quality assurance, administration, comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge or talk through a difficult assignment.

ABOUT YOU

• Current New Zealand Registered Valuer, or near registration.
• Ideally will have current or recent lender panel experience.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand valuation standards and the property market.
• Enjoy building client relationships, managing your own work and being part of a collaborative national practice.
