Registered Valuer (Commercial)

Morgans Property Advisors (Whanganui) is a well-established regional valuation company providing comprehensive range of Residential, Commercial and Rural property valuations. Our work covers an extensive area within the southern North Island region. As the commercial side of the business is expanding we now require the services of an additional Registered Valuer to join our progressive team.

The role will be primarily for commercial valuation, rent reviews etc. We are looking for a valuer who can work well in a team environment, is self motivated, and has good time management skills to produce high quality reports. This position offers the successful applicant the opportunity of future business ownership and the added bonus of living in a central location within close proximity to Mt Ruapehu, Tasman Sea and Lake Taupo.
