The Opportunity - Te āhei

• Undertaking residential valuations across Tauranga and the surrounding areas, with flexibility around preferred working areas
• Engaging in a diverse mix of work, including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation
• Leveraging industry-leading software to streamline reporting
• Collaborating with a high-performing team of experts across the country
• Base salary, excellent commission package, a continual strong pipeline of work, with flexible work options

About you - Mō koe:

• Registered Residential Valuer
• Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Auckland knowledge not required)
• A team player with strong research and data management skills
• Self-motivated team player with strong time management capabilities
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
